Robust nuggets of pear float in thick spiciness with wild lingonberries in a match made in heaven. The tart berries offset and compliment the sweetish pear and together make a milder «cousin» of the Chili Cranberry Sauce. Best goes with steak or poultry, ideal with appetizers – cheese, timbale or pate.
